 Dear EscapeMakers – Fat Apple Farm presents its 2nd Annual Spring Celebration Weekend on Saturday, May 25th-Sunday May 26th (Memorial Day Weekend)!
Book an all-inclusive overnight Hudson Valley escape on the farm (located in Columbia County — only 2 hours from NYC) for only $150/per person. Enjoy the fresh air, delicious food and the breathtaking bucolic views!
Your ticket includes a farm and forage walking tour, floral workshop, butchering demo, delicious farm-to-table dinner feast featuring Fat Apple Farm products and Thyme & Company creations, local beer, wine and camping!
Plus, children under the age of 12 eat free and are free to attend all activities (including arts & crafts and visiting with the adorable farm animals).

3:00pm-4:00pm: May Day Workshop -Floral Crowns and Bracelets with Arielle Pasquier of Hedgewitch Florals
4:30pm-5:30pm: Lamb Butchering Demonstration with Paul Servideo
6:30pm: Fat Apple Farm Spring Celebration Feast
begins with bonfire and camping on the farm to follow

8:00am-10:00am: Light breakfast on the terrace
9:30am-10:30am: Gentle Flow Yoga with Julie Drexler Johnson
10:00am: Check out the farm store and explore the Hudson Valley area on your own
