Located in East Marion, Lavender By the Bay is New York’s premier lavender farm and one of the largest in the USA. A family run farm, we have been growing the highest quality lavender on Long Island for over 15 years.
In 2002, we expanded our home based business by purchasing 17 acres of farmland on the North Fork of Long Island. We have planted twenty varieties of lavender across seventeen acres of farmland, yielding over 80,000 plants for cultivation. Our seasonal offerings include freshly cut bunches, lavender plants and honey from our own beehives. Dried lavender, lavender sachets, and other crafts are available year-round online, at the Green Market locations in New York City, and at the farm during the growing season.
