One of the Finger Lakes' most highly anticipated events is the annual Spring Garden Fair and Plant Sale, organized since 1982 by Master Gardener volunteers from Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County. The Garden Fair & Plant Sale features a wide variety of vendors who offer specialty plants and gardening advice on topics ranging from growing rock garden plants to selecting native species for the garden. Although the rest of our classes focus on using the big white oven that’s built into the center of the bakery, this class is focused on our other oven – a delightful, mobile black oven that’s perfect for making pizza. Join us for an afternoon of making pizza from start to finish, and learning how to fire and cook in a black oven. Includes lunch.

Fat Apple Farm presents its 2nd annual Spring Celebration Weekend Saturday, May 25th-Sunday May 26th (Memorial Day Weekend)!
