Designed for anyone new to yoga, looking to brush-up on the basics, or seeking to develop a home practice. You will be guided through a yoga class with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Learn the foundation asanas (postures), proper alignment, basic pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation as well as discuss and explore yoga as a philosophy and practice.
