Learn how to grow healthy berry plants in your backyards. Topics include varieties, site selection, soul preparation, planting, propagation, maintenance and harvesting. Delicious, bountiful berry plants are easy to grow with the right knowledge and skills.

Designed for anyone new to yoga, looking to brush-up on the basics, or seeking to develop a home practice. You will be guided through a yoga class with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Learn the foundation asanas (postures), proper alignment, basic pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation as well as discuss and explore yoga as a philosophy and practice. Join Chef Rinku and you put together a classic Indian meal. In this class you will discuss the elements of spicing and work together to put together a creative Indian meal. Also, learn how to plate it the traditional way. You will discuss making spice blends, how to work with farm stand ingredients and balance your palate.

More than 20 vendors offer fresh produce and local food products every Sunday through October.
