Spring is a great time in the Catskills, where wild ramps, or as some may call them, wild leeks, grow and are ripe for the picking come the end of April and early May. The festival will highlight wild ramps with several local farmers and vendors set up to sell ramps and other local products. There will also be local chefs showing off some of their amazing dishes that feature the delicious wild ramps. Enjoy live music, vendors to shop from, craft beer, food and featured chefs and farmers that will give presentations on finding, harvesting and enjoying wild ramps. Families can enjoy all the festivities as well as shopping from our areas amazing farmers and crafters.
