We will be serving up Helena’s famous Cheddar Potato Pierogies with caramelized onions and herb seasoned sour cream, Ray’s sausages on a stick or a veg substitute – $12 a plate included tax and service. This will be paired perfectly with and Muddled Lemon Basil 1857 Vodka cocktails or our NYS beer and wine including our special brew of Honey beer made for us by Two Way Brewing in Beacon.! Our friends from 1857 Spirits will be on site to join in on the fun! Desserts will also be available, the farm stand will be open and fully stocked, and bottles of Vodka will also be sold.
