Farm Dinner w/ Chef Saul Bolton

We are thrilled that Chef Saul Bolton is coming back to the farm for yet another return engagement. For those of you who are still talking about his pea soup or trifle from dinners past, no more is needed. In case you were not lucky enough to attend a past dinner, after spending his early years with David Bouley and Eric Ripert, he has gone on to own many successful NY restaurants including The Vanderbilt and Red Gravy. Currently Saul is the Executive Chef of the Norm ( where he moved his acclaimed Saul), and the genius behind Brooklyn Bangers. A long time friend of Ray, we cannot wait to see what he comes up with for this 5 course meal.

• Sunday dinner served starting at 1:30PM (passed canapes), sit down starts at 2PM and generally runs through 4:30PM.
