The 2019 New York State Maple Tour is scheduled for July 12, 2019 – July 14. It will be hosted by the Western NY Maple Producers Association and will be centered at the Grange Building of the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY.

• Friday afternoon and evening -registration, trade show and social
• Saturday – visit sugarhouses in Erie county ranging from 1,000 to over 7,000 taps
• Sunday – visit sugarhouses in Wyoming county ranging from 2,000 to over 20,000 taps
