Chef/Bartender Adam Seger, serving roast pig appetizers
and custom cocktails with Balsam Vermouth. New Paltz Brewing
Co. and Island to Island Brewery will be serving
up their artisanal brews, Spread-mmms, Champagne
Tea, Granola Lab, Organic Olive Juice and
Catskill Provisions will be providing tasty food and
berverage samples and Beth's Farm Kitchen will be serving
up a scrumptious dessert! Plus, there will be foot stompin'
folk music by Amos Rose & Mama Juke and everyone
