BIO:

Terhune Orchards is a family owned and operated 200-acre farm in Princeton, NJ. Pam, Tannwen and Reuwai Mount farm together along with father Gary. The Mount Family is the 11th generation of farmers in central New Jersey and has been at their current location for over 45 years providing fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a community destination. Terhune Orchards is recognized by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection as a sustainable farm. They grow over 50 different crops and many varieties within those crops, everything from apples to zucchini. All of the crops are grown using sustainable practices, Integrated Pest Management and they are certified organic vegetable production.

Pick Your Own is available April -October with strawberry, blueberry, apple, pumpkin picking and more. Customers are welcome to visit the farm animals and children’s play area. Field trips, Children’s Education Programs and summer camps help share with young ones what farming is all about and where food comes from.

Terhune Orchards Farm Store attracts local people doing their daily shopping as well as visitors passing through the Princeton area. Fresh pressed cider, pies, homemade baked goods, gift baskets and more can be found. Terhune Orchards is noted for quality products and country-style service. Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery offers its own award-winning wine and events throughout the year. The Farm Store and Farm Yard are open every day, all year round.
