The talk will be followed by an heirloom tomato tasting and a gourmet lunch prepared by celebrity Chef John Vargo with a glass of local wine or beer! Then we’ll head across the Hudson River to Dutchess County and Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils sunflower field farm to pick our own sunflowers and take photos.
