SUMMARY:Winter Meltdown Spicy Food Festival
DESCRIPTION:Local chefs\, food truck cooks and culinary students prepare foods from mild to spicy to try. There are small batch foods\, sausces and spice mixes; craft beverages and desserts including cheesecake\, baked goods\, and shortbreads. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Musical entertainment will be by local musicians. The shops at the Shirt Factory will be open and you’ll find unique items created by the amazing artisans. The day is a community day of support with a portion of the vendor fees will be donated to the Glens Falls Backpack Program. Sales by the SUNY Adirondack Culinary program and the Saratoga BOCES Culinary program will support the BOCES Culinary program.
