Artisanal Bread Making

Chef Victoria Ingrassia will teach participants about proper measuring, mixing, fermenting, punching, pre-shaping, shaping, proofing, egg washing, baking, cooling and storing. Participants will make French Bread and take Roasted Garlic Levain dough to bake at home.
