If you're planning to
go up in a balloon, don't overdress. Even though you'll be in the outdoors,
it's always 5 to 10 degrees warmer up there than on the ground. On the ground,
you'll have a wind chill that diminishes when you become airborne. When you're aribourne,
you'll receive radiant heat from the sun and residual heat from the onboard hot
air balloon burner system. So, whether it is winter or summer, just dress
to be comfortable on the ground, and you'll be fine in the air!
