The
Mohegan Indians, known as the Wolf People, specialized in handmade
objects and furniture. Mohegan Sun brings the history and traditions
of these  people
alive by celebrating the four seasons—as echoed in the
unique four-quadrant design of the casino. With the help of
sound, lighting, and special effects the casino transports visitors
to an ancient world.
Patrons

other in the United States. In addition to fine dining, entertainment,
and retail shopping, plus the fabulous Kids Quest, Mohegan Sun

Gamble

the day away. Go up for the day by bus, and if you're lucky,
you can make a weekend out of it. All of the area hotels offer
free shuttle service to the casino.

Metro-North offers a getaway package, which includes
round-trip rail fare, bus connection from train depot
to casino, and casino bonus package.
Purchase tickets at Grand Central, 125th Street, Fordham,
or Stamford stations, but be sure to ask the ticket agent
for a copy of the customer letter as it includes the schedule
for train/bus connections.

2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Mohegan Sun Boulevard.
